Job summary

Haskell in Salt Lake City is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to develop and manage project schedules for estimating, cash flow projections, and cost loading. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, prepare baseline reviews, and produce schedule reports to support the project teams.

The role requires a four-year degree, 1-5 years scheduling experience on large construction projects, and fluency in English and Spanish; on-site work is required at project locations.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• 1 - 5 years of scheduling experience on large construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera/P6 scheduling software including cost/resource loading and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for estimating, as requested.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on estimates-to-complete and cash flow projections.
• Develop project schedules for business development and proposals.
• Maintain and baseline project schedules.
• Create network logic diagrams, bar charts, and schedule reports.
• Manage resource and cost loading in the project schedule.
• Monitor progress and update schedules.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent for short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Attend scheduling portions of project reviews and prepare reports.
