Job summary

Haskell is seeking a skilled Construction Project Scheduler to develop, implement, and maintain project schedules for large construction projects. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, prepare estimates-to-complete and cash flow projections, and create baseline schedules using Primavera P6.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree in engineering or construction management, 1–5 years of scheduling experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• 1 - 5 years of scheduling experience on large construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera/P6 scheduling software including cost/resource loading and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for estimating and baseline reviews.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager for estimates-to-complete and cash flow projections.
• Develop project schedules for business development and proposals.
• Maintain and update individual project schedules and baselines.
• Create network logic diagrams, bar charts, and schedule reports.
• Manage resource and cost loading for schedules.
• Keep progress updated in the project schedule.
• Attend scheduling portions of project reviews and prepare reports.
• Provide technical scheduling guidance to the project team.
• Assist in developing the schedule of values with the Project Manager and estimators.
