Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Construction Scheduler to develop and manage project schedules in a dynamic Construction & Manufacturing Team. You will coordinate with the Project Manager on estimates-to-complete and cash flow projections, and create schedules for business development to accompany proposals.

The role requires a four-year engineering/construction management degree, 1-5 years scheduling experience on large projects, and proficiency with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 1–5 years scheduling experience on large construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera/P6 including cost/resource loading and analysis.
• Willingness to physically access construction sites and travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain construction project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on estimates-to-complete and cash flow projections for schedules.
• Develop schedules for business development to accompany proposals.
• Maintain project schedules with baseline reviews and regular updates.
• Create network logic diagrams, bar charts, and reports to support teams.
• Manage resource and cost loading in line with project requirements.
• Provide technical scheduling advice and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Assist in developing schedule of values for cost-loaded schedules.
