Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a skilled scheduler to join our Construction & Manufacturing Team in Salt Lake City. You will develop, implement, and maintain project schedules using Primavera/P6, coordinate with Project Managers on estimates-to-complete, and support cost loading and resource planning.

This role requires 1–5 years of scheduling experience on large projects and a four-year engineering/construction management degree.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management is required.
• 1–5 years of scheduling experience on large construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera/P6 scheduling software including cost and resource loading.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain construction project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on estimates-to-complete and cash flow projections.
• Create schedules for business development proposals and baseline reviews.
• Maintain project schedules with up-to-date progress and resources.
• Produce schedule reports and network logic diagrams to support teams.
• Assist in developing schedule of values for cost-loaded schedules.

Fluency in English & Spanish

Scheduling experience

Education
