You will recruit and coordinate workers or crews nationwide to meet jobsite start dates, emphasizing urgent placements and dependable follow-through.

The role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience in construction staffing, strong candidate relationships, and excellent outbound communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction staffing.
• Experience filling high-volume openings and placing workers or crews on short timelines.
• Knowledge of concrete, rebar, carpentry, and construction labor roles.
• Strong outbound calling, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in our Louisville, KY office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit concrete workers, rebar installers, construction laborers, and carpenters for local and traveling assignments.
• Build ready-to-work candidate and crew pipelines to fill urgent orders and project ramp-ups.
• Quickly screen candidates for skills, availability, transportation, and willingness to travel.
• Confirm pay, schedules, jobsite expectations, and start-date commitments.
• Coordinate onboarding and travel readiness so workers complete hiring requirements and arrive on time.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to reduce no-shows, replace cancellations quickly, and meet staffing deadlines.
• Keep accurate ATS records and meet recruiting and placement goals.
