Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to be the heartbeat of our community. You will be the right-hand to the Community Manager, plan events, ensure rent is collected on time, and act as the bridge between leadership and residents to keep the community vibrant.

Highlights include coordinating move-ins and lease renewals, maintaining strong resident relations, and supporting the Sales and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of property management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Ability to sit for long periods and walk the community.

Responsibilities

• Build a welcoming atmosphere and address issues with care and urgency.
• Plan and execute engaging community events.
• Manage rent collection and financial health of the community.
• Coordinate move-ins and maintain paperwork for new residents and renewals.
• Escalate issues to Community Manager when necessary.
• Ensure maintenance requests are completed within 48 hours.
• Assist with collaboration between Community Manager, Sales, and maintenance teams.
