Job summary

Audubon is seeking an Assistant Community Manager Bilingual to assist with operations, leasing activity, renewals, and financial reporting at a residential community. You will support daily tasks, respond to resident needs, and help manage maintenance with a service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of Assistant Manager experience in property management or equivalent.
• Experience with Entrata or similar PM software.
• Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and valid driver's license.
• Ability to market communities and deliver strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the community.
• Assist in managing daily community requirements and transactions.
• Ensure daily deposits and proper bookkeeping procedures are followed.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, resident communications, and move-in inspections.
• Compile weekly/monthly community status reports.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and complaints.
• Handle routine office duties and ensure proper move-in paperwork and keys.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and well-staffed office.
• Inspect make-ready apartments prior to move-in and manage renewals to retain residents.
• Coordinate marketing activities and evaluate market impact on occupancy.
