Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking an Assistant Community Manager (Bilingual) to assist with operations, leasing, renewals, collections, reporting and communications for an assigned residential community.

The role reports to the Community Manager and is Exempt. Must have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in an Assistant Manager role, Entrata or similar software, reliable transportation, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in an Assistant Manager role in property management.
• Entrata or other property management software experience.
• Reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver's license.
• Proven ability to market communities and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the community.
• Assist in managing daily community requirements, leasing and renewals.
• Ensure all monies received are deposited and recorded daily with proper bookkeeping.
• Assist with daily/weekly reports, resident communications, and move-in inspections.
• Manage weekly/monthly community status reports and respond to resident concerns.
