Job summary

UnitedPoint Communities is seeking a positive, hands-on Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations across two communities totaling 112 units in the Kansas City area. You will focus on leasing, resident relations, and team leadership to keep occupancy high and service first.

The role requires Spanish fluency, experience in property management, and proficiency with RealPage OneSite. You will collaborate with staff, vendors, and ownership while ensuring compliance, budgeting, and timely

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and ADA compliance.
• Availability to respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and resident communications to maintain occupancy.
• Lead onsite staff and coordinate with vendors for make-readies, maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain curb appeal, cleanliness, and compliance across the two communities.
• Enforce leases and community rules, handling evictions when necessary.
• Market the communities, screen prospects, and show units as needed.
• Maintain resident ledgers, reports, and records in RealPage OneSite.
• Review vendor invoices and process through Accounts Payable.
• Serve as main contact among residents, ownership, and supervisor.
• Support annual budget preparation.
• Respond to emergencies, including some nights and weekends.
