Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of residential property management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned communities.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing performance, delinquency, resident retention, and turnover.
• Assist with preparation and management of annual operating budgets.
• Maintain complete and accurate resident files and ensure compliance with housing regulations.
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance discussions for onsite teams.
