Job summary

Gemstone Communities is seeking a Community Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations, leasing, sales, and resident relations at our manufactured home communities. You will oversee capital improvements, budgeting, HR, and marketing to drive profitability.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines. Weekend availability may be required as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized.
• Rent Manager experience is a plus; mobile home experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive high levels of service per the company philosophy.
• Resolve resident/customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain properties to look their best at all times.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective residents.
• Market models, pre-owned, and brokered homes for sale.
