Qualifications

• Must have 2 years property management experience.
• Must have administrative experience.
• Reliable transportation and pass a drug test is required.

Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies.
• Collect rents and pay bills.
• Resolve tenant complaints and maintain property.
• Secure property and respond to emergencies.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
