Flagship Communities seeks a Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community. You will oversee daily operations, resident relations, and both selling/renting homes and leasing lots to customers who choose our family environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of property management experience, excellent customer service, and a detail-oriented, sales-minded approach. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in property management required.
• Experience in multifamily or manufactured housing communities preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage leasing, billing, and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Collect rents, pay bills, forecast requirements, and analyze variances.
• Maintain property by resolving tenant complaints and inspections.
• Enforce occupancy rules and coordinate repairs and renovations.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
• Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing data.
