Job summary

Flagship Communities REIT is seeking a bilingual Assistant Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community. The role focuses on community management, resident relations, and daily operations, including selling and renting homes and leasing lots for customers outside our company.

The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and customer-service driven, with at least two years of property management experience and the ability to manage a busy multifamily site.

Responsibilities

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
• Secures property by maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
