Job summary

New Lynn Coalition in Lynn, Massachusetts is seeking a Full-Time Organizer to lead the Lynn Community Enrichment Program and drive organizing efforts for the coalition.

The role requires 2–3 years in organizing, strong communication skills, and willingness to work some evenings and weekends. Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred. Benefits include paid vacation, sick days, parental leave, and health stipend.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in political, labor, or community organizing.
• Bilingual; Spanish speakers preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in community outreach, communications, and promoting programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Lynn Community Enrichment Program (LCEP).
• Lead organizing work for the New Lynn Coalition, including subcommittee meetings, forums, campaigns, and community actions.
• Build relationships with coalition member organizations and schedule monthly board meetings.
• Manage social media and the website; support fundraising.
• Assist the Executive Director with assigned tasks.
