C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) is hiring a Customer Solutions Representative to engage customers accessing workforce services at our Cocoa Talent Hubs. You will build relationships, assess goals, and refer qualified job seekers to opportunities.

The CSR will guide clients through local job market information, resume development, applications, and interview techniques while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer goals and assist job seekers transitioning to a new position.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
• Advise customers on the local job market, employment services and resources, including resume development, application completion, interview techniques and proper dress attire.
• Develop constructive working relationships with internal team members, the public and external partners.
• Actively seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
• Support Career Center performance goals, including customer service and follow-up with center customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned and required.
