C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) to build relationships with customers and access workforce services in the Round Rock, Texas area. The CSR will assist job seekers transitioning to new positions and coordinate referrals to qualified candidates.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone, virtually, or in-person to assess goals and assist job seekers.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
• Advise customers on local job market, employment services, and resources including resumes, interview techniques, and dress attire.
• Develop cooperative working relationships with internal team members and external partners.
• Seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
• Support Career Center performance goals through customer service and follow-ups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
