Job summary

C2 Global Professional Services is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) to help job seekers access workforce services in Career Centers and via referrals to community partners. The CSR builds relationships and guides clients through resumes, applications, interviews, and appropriate attire.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills, with bilingual English/Spanish ability preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone, virtually, or in person to assess goals and assist job seekers transitioning to new positions.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
• Advise customers on local job market, employment services, and resources including resumes, application completion, interview techniques, and attire.
• Develop constructive working relationships with internal teams, the public and external partners.
• Seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
