Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, payment activity, and account documentation.

• Process payments and resolve account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account notes.
• Support operational and administrative functions related to account management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and build positive business relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely account resolution.
• Track account activity and prepare basic reporting as needed.

Target Compensation:
