Job summary

Bethany is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Supervisor (English/Spanish) to lead trauma-informed services for refugee and immigrant children and families. The role emphasizes culturally responsive supervision, program compliance, and coordination with treatment teams, with on-site work in Indianapolis, IN.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in social work or a related field, is licensed in the state, and brings at least two years of direct service delivery plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and licensure in state.
• Two years of post-graduate direct service experience.
• Must have supervisory experience and be licensed to provide clinical services in the state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trauma-focused clinical services for refugee and immigrant clients.
• Provide weekly individual supervision to clinical staff.
• Manage staff workload, case assignments, and ensure timely documentation.
• Conduct regular feedback through reports and clinical progress notes.
• Coordinate external professional consultations when needed, including psychiatric input.
• Deliver individual counseling as caseload requires and participate in treatment team meetings.
• Attend and contribute to court testimony as requested.
• Remain available for on-call clinical emergencies and ongoing training.
