Job summary

Casa Esperanza, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Recovery Specialist CSS Conexiones to support a secure program environment, manage front desk operations, and monitor client activities.

The role includes crisis intervention, medication oversight, and collaboration with Case Management and Nursing staff. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to obtain First Aid/ CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred.
• LADC II/III preferred.
• Knowledge of the addiction recovery process, or willingness to acquire it.
• First Aid/CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Overdose prevention training (or willingness to obtain).
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of the program; perform rounds and logs.
• Staff front desk, answer phones, manage client schedule.
• Provide crisis intervention and medication monitoring.
• Attend mandatory safety trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with Case Management and Nursing staff for client support.
• Escort clients during breaks and meals; maintain logs.
• Keep records and confidentiality of client information.
• Ensure proper intake/discharge paperwork and belongings inventory.
