Job summary

IBI Clinic in Hudson, FL is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Receptionist to join a fast-growing ambulatory surgery center. You will manage patient intake, scheduling, and telehealth appointments in English and Spanish, ensuring a smooth patient journey.

The role requires strong communication, EMR proficiency, and the ability to work across Tampa and Hudson locations with travel between sites. Aesthetics/injury experience is a plus and social media involvement is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care through effective communication in English and Spanish.

What We’re Looking For:

Aesthetics/Personal Injury experience (preferred)

Social Media Savvy - Able to capture, create, and be part of social media content to drive traffic and get patients through our door

Patient-Centered Approach - Provide exceptional, high-quality care to each patient, every day.

Bilingual - Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Travel - Can travel between ourTampa and Hudson locations

Exceptional Communication Skills - Ability to engage effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and patients.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities - Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and develop solutions to patient needs.

EMR Proficiency - Experience working with electronic medical records and patient scheduling systems.

Attention to Detail - Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, follow up with patients, and ensure all prerequisite steps are completed for a seamless healthcare experience.
