Rutgers University’s RBHS is seeking a Clinic Service Representative II - Registration for the Eric B Chandler Health Center at RWJ Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ. The role performs registration, scheduling, cashier duties, and reports generation under supervision.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of billing experience in a physician or health center setting, bilingual English/Spanish, and knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare billing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
• Must be familiar with Medicaid/Medicare and other third‑party payors.
• Requires proofreading and accuracy in documents.

Responsibilities

• Provides efficient registration services and scheduling for patients at the Health Center.
• Processes full registration information for new and established patients.
• Handles cashier duties and generates daily reports.
• Responds to routine and complex inquiries from patients and staff.
• Communicates issues to the Team Supervisor or Assistant Manager, Patient Business Services.
