Job summary

GoochlandCares is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations for the combined Medical and Dental clinics. You will handle scheduling, patient communications, and volunteer support with a trauma-informed care approach.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, Medicaid billing experience, and 3–5 years of front office work in a medical or dental setting. You will collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• 3–5 years front office experience in a medical or dental setting is required.
• Experience with Medicaid billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day administrative operations and scheduling for Medical and Dental clinics.
• Coordinates patient communications and volunteer support.
• Submits Medicaid invoices to MCOs and ensures compliant billing.
• Screens patients for Medicaid eligibility prior to scheduling with a provider.
• Maintains EMR records and tracks donations and co-pays.
• Coordinates transportation with community partners and promotes patient access.
• Participates in staff meetings and quality patient experience initiatives.
