Ellie Mental Health seeks a Clinic Operations Manager to support the Clinic Director in overseeing clinic performance and staffing. The role includes guiding staff, recruiting clinical personnel, and fostering partnerships with referral sources while ensuring administrative and clinical standards are met.

You will collaborate with the Clinic Director to drive efficiency, oversee scheduling, and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher education.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
• Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems.

Responsabilités

• Supports in the hiring process for all therapists at their clinic.
• Provides training for clinic new hires, ensuring all Ellie Mental Health policies and procedures are taught.
• Assess ongoing development and training needs and conduct ongoing training as needed.
• Hold staff compassionately accountable to meeting performance expectations.
• Supports in the management of basic clinic Human Resource tasks.
• Provide training, staff development, and administrative oversight to support the functioning of the clinic.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director to implement strategies for fiscal and clinical efficiency.
• Monitor and manage clinic office schedules and office supplies in the absence of the Clinic Director.
• Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients, clinicians, or external stakeholders.
• Support in community outreach and engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and Clinic Staff to plan and execute outreach efforts and events.
• Identify opportunities to improve client care, quality, and effectiveness, and implement changes in collaboration with Clinic Director.
