Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to support the Clinic Director with operations, staff performance, and clinical oversight. You will maintain a caseload of 20-25 clients per week and ensure high-quality patient care while supervising therapists and coordinating training.

Reporting to the Clinic Director, you will lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development, foster referral partnerships, and uphold clinic policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health discipline.
• Qualified Manager in the State of Florida (Preferred)
• Independently licensed with a Florida-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
• Working understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
• Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports in hiring for all therapists at their clinic.
• Provides training for new hires, ensuring clinic policies are taught and followed.
• Assess ongoing development and conduct training as needed.
• Hold staff accountable to performance expectations.
• Supports in basic clinic Human Resource tasks.
• Provide training and admin oversight to support clinic functioning.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director to implement strategies for efficiency.
• Monitor clinic office schedules and supplies in absence of Clinic Director.
• Respond to concerns raised by clients, clinicians, or external stakeholders.
• Support community outreach and engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with partners to increase referral input for clinic outcomes.
• Plan and execute outreach events.
• Collaborate to implement clinic policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve client care and implement changes.
• Provide clinical mental health therapeutic services
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 20-25 clients per week
• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
