Ellie Mental Health - 096 seeks an Assistant Clinic Director in Massachusetts to support the Clinic Director in overseeing performance and operations, supervise therapy staff, assist with staffing, and ensure compliant documentation and scheduling in a values-driven environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, administrative troubleshooting in Valant and Office 365, and maintaining high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university and on track to licensure
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to model professional boundaries with clients
• Experience with office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus)

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly Clinic Director and Clinic Manager meetings
• Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity and clinical documentation
• Troubleshoot issues within Valant, Teams, Outlook, and billing
• Monitor clinic capacity and practice patterns; assist in creating Clinic Health Card
• Coordinate with the Clinic Director to support hiring, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Assist Clinic Director with scheduling and response to client and stakeholder concerns
• Maintain clinical client caseload and monitor quality of care
