Ellie Mental Health in Florida seeks a Clinic Manager to support the Clinic Director in operations and staff performance.

You will recruit therapists, oversee training, maintain relationships with referral partners, and ensure timely administrative oversight.

This role requires Florida licensure, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and EHR systems in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in a mental health discipline.
• Licensed in Florida (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) or Qualified Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR processes and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinic Director in staff performance and operations.
• Hire and recruit clinical staff to meet staffing and revenue needs.
• Provide training and ongoing developmental support.
• Develop relationships with referral partners and oversee program admin.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
