Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to support the Clinic Director in performance and operations of the clinic and staff while maintaining a caseload of 20-25 clients per week. You will hire, train, and supervise clinical staff and build referral partnerships to meet staffing and revenue needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in a mental health discipline.
• Qualified Manager in the State of Florida (preferred).
• Independently licensed with a Florida clinical practice license.

Responsibilities

• Support in hiring and onboarding therapists at the clinic.
• Provide ongoing staff training and policy enforcement.
• Develop and sustain referral partnerships and outreach.
• Oversee clinic operations in absence of the Clinic Director.
• Maintain a 20-25 client caseload per week and oversee care planning.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director on fiscal and clinical efficiency.
• Ensure timely response to client and staff concerns.
