Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in mental health and a Georgia independent clinical practice license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), with strong communication, HR know-how, and EHR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in mental health.
• Georgia independent clinical practice license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Proven leadership and administrative skills; knowledge of state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff in changing the culture of mental health by providing clinical and administrative support.
• Participate in clinic manager and leadership meetings.
• Maintain billable hours expectations and assist with staffing as needed.
• Triage staff questions and connect them to tools and resources.
• Troubleshoot issues in EHR, ADP, Teams, Outlook, and billing.
• Collaborate with clinic director to support positive culture and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Coordinate hiring processes: screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Oversee office supply orders and clinic operations.
• Document meetings and maintain policies and procedures.
