Ellie Mental Health - 096 in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director to support the Clinic Director in overseeing operations, staffing, and clinical documentation, while upholding our values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance and determination.

The role requires MA licensure (LMHC/LICSW), a master's degree in behavioral sciences, and experience supervising therapy staff.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMHC or LICSW) required or in process.
• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• On track to licensure in designated field.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to set stable boundaries with clients.
• Timely documentation of services.
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus).

Responsibilities

• Attend the weekly Clinic Director meeting.
• Attend the weekly Clinic Manager meeting.
• Provide 1:1 supervision/consultation with therapy staff on productivity, caseload, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues within Valant, Teams, Outlook, and billing.
• Review EHR service lines and complete Error Correction Form as needed.
• Monitor clinic capacity and assist in creating Clinic Health Card.
• Support staff development and utilization of Valant.
• Partner with Clinic Director to support hiring, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Assist in monitoring and managing clinic office schedules.
• Respond promptly to concerns from clients, clinicians, or external stakeholders.
• Analyze clinic performance and identify opportunities to improve client care and operations.
