Community Servings in Jamaica Plain, MA, seeks a Bilingual Client Services Coordinator to process intakes for traditional and contract clients, maintain the client database, and coordinate with delivery and nutrition teams. The role emphasizes timely communication and cross-team collaboration in a fast-growing health-focused nonprofit.

Required high school diploma and 2 years of customer service experience; bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese/Haitian Creole is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese/Haitian Creole preferred.
• Excellent telephone, verbal and written skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes all client and referral inquiries and responds daily to all client phone calls.
• Processes all incoming paperwork for client intakes and maintains the client database daily.
• Develops and maintains relationships with referral agencies and community organizations.
• Assists in the coordination of client recertification process which includes client memos, phone calls and collection of updated client’s paperwork.
• Maintains effective communication between the Nutrition, Kitchen, and Delivery teams.
