Job summary

Feeding South Florida® is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support case management and benefits enrollment, improving food access for at-risk populations. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and strong customer service to assist clients and perform in a fast-paced department.

The coordinator will educate clients on SNAP, Medicaid, TCA, and Medicare Savings Plan, coordinate with community partners, and ensure accurate reporting for grants and programs.

Qualifications

• Must have bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Two years of hands-on client services or casework experience with at-risk populations.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to educate clients about available programs.

Responsibilities

• Support clients using a case management approach and assist with government benefits applications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for safety net programs (SNAP, Medicaid, TCA, Medicare Savings Plan).
• Educate clients about Feeding South Florida services to reduce food access barriers.
• Refer clients to community partners to address barriers to hunger and poverty.
• Ensure grant and demographic information is collected and tracked for reports.
• Collaborate with agencies to maximize impact and avoid duplication.
