Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshoot application/contract issues.
• Resolve account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
