SPS Commerce, Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Executive (Bilingual Spanish) for our Minneapolis office on a hybrid schedule.

The role focuses on contacting Retail Industry leads from internal sources to drive new sales, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities while coordinating with the SPS account team. The ideal candidate has a background in sales with strong communication skills, fluency in Spanish preferred, and the ability to translate complex processes for diverse partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of post-secondary education PLUS 2 years of Sales experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to translate, simplify and clearly communicate complex business processes.
• Process-focused with attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Execute on retailer-directed leads and propose best solutions.
• Act as extension of retail partners, communicating value and timelines.
• Drive adoption via signed Retail vendor agreements and campaigns.
• Overcome objections and convey messaging to Retailers effectively.
• Collaborate with account teams to maximize future upsell to Suppliers.
