Preferred Credit, Inc. is seeking a Client Solutions Coordinator (Spanish Bilingual) to join our Las Vegas team. This full-time, hybrid role supports client service operations, resolves escalated issues, and helps maintain efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to communicate effectively in Spanish and English. In-office presence in Southern NV is required due to location.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma, GED, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a lead type of role.
• Experience with escalated levels of responsibility in prior position.
• Strong communication skills with a high level of client support.

Responsibilities

• Resolves escalated issues and supports daily client service operations.
• Assists team members with department processes, procedures, and technical needs.
• Provides overall daily support and presence for department team members.
• Monitors outbound queues and delegates tasks as needed.
