Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Team Representative to join our team in Texas. This role requires handling calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with clinical staff, in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time or part-time options available with hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Starting pay is $14.00–$17.00 per hour, plus BCBS Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical office experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails, greet patients, remind of upcoming appointments.
• Schedule patients with clinical staff; communicate with families and referral sources.
• Follow up with MD offices and insurers for fax receipts and authorization status.
• Provide exceptional, compassionate customer service.

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time options available. Monday–Friday, with flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Client Services Representative Pay

Starting at $14.00-$17.00 per hour

Bilingual Required:

Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively.

Duties And Descriptions For The CST Representative

• Answer phone calls and e-mails, greet patients and prospective patients, and remind them of upcoming appointments
• Schedule patients with clinical staff in a timely manner. Communicate with patient families, service coordinators, and referral sources.
• Follow up with MD offices and Insurance companies to confirm receipt of faxes and for authorization status.
• Demonstrate customer service excellence in every encounter and provide a high level of compassionate customer service.
