Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Team Representative to join our team in Texas. The role involves handling inquiries, scheduling with clinical staff, and maintaining excellent patient communications in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, possesses strong time-management skills, and can work with minimal supervision in a busy office. Full-time and part-time options are available, with scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails, greet patients and prospective patients, and remind them of upcoming appointments.

• Follow up with MD offices and Insurance companies to confirm receipt of faxes and authorization status.
• Demonstrate customer service excellence in every encounter.

Premier Pediatric Therapy is currently seeking a Bilingual Client Services Team Representative to join our team. This position requires the ability to work under minimal supervision and in a very fast-paced environment. The perfect candidate will need to have excellent time management skills.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time options available. Monday–Friday, with flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Client Services Representative Pay: Starting at $14.00- $17.00 per hour

Bilingual Required: Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively.
