Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Team Representative in Texas. The role requires the ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and to manage time effectively. Schedule: full-time and part-time options, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Starting pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour. Duties include answering calls and emails, greeting patients, scheduling with clinical staff, coordinating with families and referral sources, and following up with

• Schedule patients with clinical staff in a timely manner and communicate with families, service coordinators, and referral sources.
• Follow up with MD offices and insurance companies to confirm receipt of faxes and authorization status.
• Demonstrate customer service excellence in every encounter.

Premier Pediatric Therapy is currently seeking a Bilingual Client Services Team Representative to join our team. This position requires the ability to work under minimal supervision and in a very fast-paced environment. The perfect candidate will need to have excellent time management skills.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time options available. Monday-Friday, with flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Client Services Representative Pay: Starting at $14.00- $17.00 per hour

Bilingual Required: Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively.

Duties and Descriptions for the CST Representative:
