TEKsystems in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a contract-to-hire customer service specialist to support plan sponsors and advisors in a hybrid call center environment. You will handle emails and calls, applying company policies to resolve client issues and escalating when necessary.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions, document client interactions, and provide data-driven insights to improve our platform and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and administrative skills.
• Ability to problem solve and critically think.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Call center experience and financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with servicing advisors and sponsors to meet their needs.
• Communicate with clients to manage expectations and processes.
• Collaborate across internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document updates and create tickets for follow-up.
• Escalate issues to Legal and Compliance as needed.
• Participate in scheduled client calls to provide updates.
