You will evaluate customer relationships and promote bank products in accordance with policies. Responsibilities include processing deposits, balancing daily transactions, and cross-selling services to a diverse client base, including Spanish-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, high school equivalency or currently attending high school.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service handling receipt and payment of cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate new and existing customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow established policies in accordance with the bank and supervisor's direction.
• Achieve monthly new account production as assigned by upper management.
• Participate in an active sales environment that may require in-store aisle prospecting.
• Process deposits and pay out funds in accordance with bank procedures; balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks for deposit; verify amounts and look for endorsements.
• Examine cash to guard against counterfeit checks and identification.
• Enter transactions into computer and issue customer receipts.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, bank-to-bank wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services and products.
• Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish-speaking population.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
