ISN is seeking a Business Development Associate to support English- and Portuguese-speaking clients in a high-volume customer service environment. You’ll start in Customer Service, building communication and relationship-management skills to grow into B2B sales within 12–24 months.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and in-office presence at least 3 days a week. You’ll receive comprehensive training and a clear career path in client development and sales.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to progress into B2B sales within 12–24 months.

Responsabilités

• Assist English- and Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide proactive customer support.
• Troubleshoot platform, account, and compliance-related issues.
• Build trust and strong relationships with clients.
• Learn how ISN’s platform is used to manage contractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams on retention and engagement efforts.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives as you develop.
