Job summary

ISN is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our Customer Service team in Dallas. You will support clients via phone, chat, and email and work to move into B2B sales within 12–24 months. Onsite presence 3 days a week is required as you build relationships and confidence.

You’ll learn ISN’s platform, support contractors and suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams to improve retention and engagement while developing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers via phone, chat and email
• Handling inbound client inquiries and providing proactive customer support
• Troubleshooting platform, account, and compliance-related issues
• Building trust and strong working relationships with clients
• Learning how businesses use ISN to manage contractors and suppliers
• Collaborating with internal teams on customer retention and engagement efforts
• Supporting sales and marketing initiatives as you develop within the role
