Job summary

ISN is seeking a Business Development Associate in Dallas, TX to join the Customer Service team and grow into B2B sales. You will support clients via phone, chat and email, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to drive retention and engagement.

An 8-week training program accompanies base pay $38.47/hour with incentives up to $11,000 and total up to $91,000. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, willingness to work in-office at least 3 days

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Interest in moving into B2B sales within 12-24 months.
• Willing to work in-office at least 3 days a week.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, chat and email.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide proactive customer support.
• Troubleshoot platform, account and compliance-related issues.
• Build trust and strong working relationships with clients.
• Learning how businesses use ISN to manage contractors and suppliers.
• Collaborating with internal teams on customer retention and engagement efforts.
• Supporting sales and marketing initiatives as you develop within the role.
