ISN is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Associate (Spanish) to join our Dallas-based team. You will support English- and Spanish-speaking clients via phone, chat, and email, handling inquiries and guiding customers through ISN's platform while learning to move into B2B sales.

This entry-point role emphasizes customer service excellence, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration to drive long-term growth within ISN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Willingness to work in-office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
• Handle inbound client inquiries and provide proactive support.
• Troubleshoot platform, account, and compliance issues.
• Build trust and strong relationships with clients.
