Avrek Law Firm is seeking a Bilingual Client Relations Associate to join our Intake team in California. You will be the first line of friendly, informed support for clients, handling calls with empathy and clarity while guiding them through the firm’s processes.

This fast-paced role requires excellent English and Spanish communication, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator on the phone with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Resolve client questions and concerns, and escalate when needed.
• Encourage and manage client reviews across platforms to showcase the firm’s reputation.
• Support case managers and the team by ensuring every client message, update, or follow-up is completed quickly and efficiently.
• Spot patterns in client feedback or communication trends and share insights with leadership.

In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for our clients - helping them feel heard, informed, and supported from the moment they pick up the phone.
