Job summary

New U Life is seeking a Bilingual Client Experience & Operations Specialist to support customers, field leaders, VIP clients, and executive leadership from our Pleasant Hill office.

The role emphasizes English and Mandarin Chinese fluency, high-touch client service, and strong administrative and operational support across departments. On-site in Pleasant Hill, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
• At least two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Ability to learn and work across multiple software platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional discretion with confidential or sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual client and field support to customers, distributors, field leaders, and executives in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Assist with questions related to products, orders, accounts, enrollment, autoship, promotions, and company programs.
• Navigate CRM, order-management, and administrative systems; update records and complete adjustments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and escalate issues as needed; support Life Balanced Wellness clients and VIP/executive requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional, welcoming client experiences before, during, and after visits.
