Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking an Associate Banker to warmly welcome clients, deliver attentive service, and guide them with modern banking solutions. You will build trusted relationships and educate clients on products to help them achieve their financial goals.

You will support branch operations, handle daily tasks, and ensure compliance with policies while using digital tools. Mandarin fluency is required to serve diverse clients and communicate effectively with team

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
Ability to quickly and accurately learn products and procedures.
Reading and speaking in English and Mandarin fluently is required.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic.
Exceed client expectations by account servicing, maintenance and opening new accounts.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools (mobile app, web, ATMs).
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
Support branch operations and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
