Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and resolve client inquiries about accounts and banking products.
• Assist with online banking setup, access, and password resets after identity verification.
• Maintain customer data files and respond to emails and online messages.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely completion and SLA adherence.
• Participate in ongoing training and perform other duties as assigned.
