Citigroup Inc. is seeking an entry-level Universal Banker in Miami. This role supports sales, products, and service activities in coordination with the customer service team to foster customer loyalty and increase sales for individual consumer clients.

The role involves assisting with basic account openings, resolving service issues, and handling routine financial transactions in line with bank policies. Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in banking or similar roles.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer issues promptly.
